Your Mission
As a Senior Enterprise Cloud Architect at SADA, your main responsibility is to lead the design, prototyping, development, and deployment of scalable, AI-driven software solutions for our customers on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will be a hands-on leader, researching and presenting solutions, building prototypes to validate ideas, and spearheading the development of projects to deliver on your architectural vision. Collaborating with customers, engineering teams, sales, and Googlers, you will architect solutions across multiple stacks, including APIs, web and mobile applications, and edge computing. You will act as the account CTO, overseeing software engineering and AI/ML projects for large and complex client engagements. Your mission is to help customers understand how Google Cloud technology, particularly in the AI and application development domains, can solve their technical challenges and enable future success.
What You Would Be Doing on a Daily Basis
- Work on diverse projects in various stages, from pre-sales to delivery.
- Design and prototype Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to gather customer and team feedback.
- Lead and mentor engineers on the project, providing hands-on technical guidance, especially when implementing niche architectural patterns.
- Conduct quality reviews of solutions delivered by other engineers.
- Maintain transparent communication with clients to provide progress updates, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.
- Assist Project Managers and clients in making high-impact decisions to improve the quality and time-to-market of project delivery.
- Research and develop new processes and patterns to improve the quality and efficiency of future project delivery.
Pathway to Success
You will inspire cross-functional leadership from our engineering teams and be trusted to guide large enterprise engagements. Success in this role means establishing yourself as a renowned specialist within SADA, earning a reputation with customers and Google Cloud teams for your wide-ranging domain knowledge in both application modernization and artificial intelligence. Other engineers will defer to your expertise on project architectures. Collaborating with client architects and technology leaders, you will design expansive client initiatives. Your success will be measured by client satisfaction, deals won, and your contributions to the team's goals.
Expectations
- Required Travel: You can expect up to 25% travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events.
- Customer Facing: This is a daily customer-facing role. You will present solutions, architectures, demos, and other technical materials to build trust and confidence in SADA's capabilities.
- Onboarding/Training: The first several weeks are dedicated to learning, including training materials, compliance, and meetings with relevant team members.
