As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you’ll be a strategic partner in our global hiring efforts, connecting us with extraordinary talent across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
You’ll combine research, creativity, and world-class engagement skills to help drive hiring across a variety of disciplines — including Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Finance — while contributing to a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and belonging.
What You’ll Do
- Develop global sourcing strategies Partner with Talent Advisors across EMEA to understand hiring needs, talent markets, and role requirements — then build sourcing strategies that support Insight’s global TA goals.
- Find and attract exceptional talent Use a mix of modern sourcing channels — social media, job boards, talent communities, networking, and creative research — to identify both active and passive candidates across multiple countries and time zones.
- Build diverse talent pipelines Proactively engage talent from a wide range of backgrounds, helping Insight grow a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
- Assess and qualify candidates Evaluate experience, technical capabilities, interest level, communication skills, and cultural alignment across different markets and languages.
- Own data accuracy & compliance Maintain clean and compliant candidate data within our ATS, ensuring alignment with regional data privacy standards.
- Communicate across a global team Provide timely updates to recruiters and hiring managers, delivering insights on pipelines, market challenges, and sourcing progress.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of deep sourcing experience using advanced research techniques and tools
- A proven track record identifying and engaging hard-to-find talent in fast-paced, metric-driven environments
- Experience sourcing global and multi-time-zone roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures and regions
- A polished ability to represent the company brand and roles positively to candidates
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, sense of urgency
