The Role
As aClient Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing the end‑to‑end client experience—from purchase to pay. You’ll be the day‑to‑day point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, queries are resolved quickly, and service levels are consistently high.
Working closely with Sales, internal teams, and external partners, you’ll help maintain strong client relationships and support repeat business through professionalism, speed, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external client queries, ensuring excellent service at all times
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are actioned within agreed timescales
- Support Sales teams by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Liaise with distributors, chasing and following up on orders to ensure timely shipment
- Manage internal sales processes, including order processing, contract administration, quote generation, and maintenance renewals
- Actively manage and update tickets, escalating issues where appropriate
- Maintain online catalogues, ensuring pricing and product information is accurate and up to date
- Support sales activity by contributing data to proposals, RFIs, and RFPs when required
This role may also involve additional duties in line with business needs.

- Accurate processing of orders and returns within agreed SLAs
- 100% of client requests responded to or escalated in line with SLA agreements

- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑performing, and target‑driven environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and colleagues
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- A collaborative mindset with a strong customer focus
- Business Administration qualification or similar
- Experience using CRM or order management systems
- General IT or technology product knowledge
- Previous experience in a sales or client‑facing environment
- Experience working in a globally diverse organisation, with an interest in equality, diversity, and inclusion
