Insight Employment are seeking Production Operatives to work within a production environment for a client in Buckingham.

The Role:

  • As a Production Operative, you will be required to work in either the dry or wet area of the factory.

The Wet area:

  • In this area, you will be cutting butter, packing, labelling, and pouring wet ingredients into a bucket.

The Dry area:

  • In this area, you will be packing, labelling, weighing goods, measuring goods, machine minding, and lifting heavy sacks of flour, sugar, grains, and seeds to put into the hopper where the products will be mixed together.

Requirements:

  • Previous production experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to read measurements and weights.
  • Ability to follow a recipe correctly to make up the dry ingredients.
  • Must be physically fit, as heavy lifting will be required.

Shifts/Hours:

  • Early shift: Mon – Fri 07:00am-15:00pm, Mon – Fri 13:00pm-22:00pm
  • Afternoon shift: Mon - Fri 14:45pm- Midnight, Mon – Fri 14:00pm-22:00pm

Rates:

  • Early shift £13.22 per hour
  • Afternoon Shift £13.72 per hour
