Insight Employment are seeking a Customer Service Ecommerce Operative to work for a client of ours in Northwest Milton Keynes.

The Role

You will be working in the heart of a fantastic non‑profit company. Your main purpose as a Customer Service Operative is to manage questions and queries regarding products on the client's website and eBay and other e‑commerce platforms that are being sold on site.

  • Taking photos of the products
  • Working on a timeline
  • Attention to detail

  • Good level of IT skills and prior knowledge of selling
  • Understand health and safety procedures and work safely
  • Ability to perform other duties as required within the department or warehouse

Shift / Hours

Working Full time Monday–Thursday 08:00am–16:15pm and Fridays 08:00am–16:00pm
