Insight Employment are seeking a Customer Service Ecommerce Operative to work for a client of ours in Northwest Milton Keynes.

The Role:

  • You will be working in the heart of a fantastic non-profit company. Your main purpose as a Customer Service Operative is to manage questions and queries regarding products on the client’s website and Ebay and other E-Commerce platforms that are being sold on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking photos of the products
  • Working on a timeline
  • Attention to detail
  • Data entry
  • Good level of IT skills and prior knowledge of selling
  • You will be able to understand health and safety procedures and be able to work in a safe manner to ensure your own safety and safety of others
  • Ability to perform other duties as required within the department or warehouse

Requirements:

  • Must be hands-on and proactive with a positive "can do attitude".
  • Must be customer focused.
  • Must have a disciplined approach to work including the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining focus, and great attention to detail.
  • Actively promoting and engaging with new ways of working and warehouse processes
  • Must be self-aware, resilient, optimistic, and open to change
  • Must have a keen eye for Health & Safety, reporting all relevant incidents and potential issues
  • Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Must have excellent timekeeping.

Shift/Hours:

Working Full time Monday-Thursday 08:00am-16:15pm and Fridays are 08:00am-16:00pm

Rates:
