Job Description

Insight Employment are currently seeking warehouse operatives for a fantastic company based near Bletchley. This starts at £13.25ph and is weekly paid. This is full time, temp to permanent role.

The Role: –

·Ensure that safety protocols and guidelines are followed in all warehouse activities.

·Help to keep the warehouse operating efficiently and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

·Actively participate in testing the new warehouse stock control system and scanners and identify any issues, bugs or improvements related to the WMS.

·Use the WMS, scanners and MHE to carry out your role to the best of your abilities.

·Receive and inspect incoming goods, verify supplier batch and expiry date accuracy and condition of goods.

·Complete required quality checks and adhering to sampling processes.

·Ensure that goods are properly labelled and are put away in the designated areas.

·Pick and despatch goods accurately to the correct orders, ensuring good condition of stock being despatched to third parties and into our in-house production teams.

·Ensure any quality issues or safety hazards are escalated to the management team in a timely manner.

·Raise ideas and new ways of doing things to continually improve the warehouse processes.

Requirements: –

  • Must be able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be Flexible, reliable, and punctual
  • Good level of personal hygiene
  • Must be a team player

Benefits:

Rotating Weekly Shifts: –

The shifts rotate weekly between early and late shift:Early shift

Monday to Friday working 06:00am-14:30pm.

Late shift

Monday to Friday working 13:30pm-22:00pm.Unfortunately due to the high number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
