Insight Employment are seeking Pickers & Packers to work for a rapidly growing local client of ours in the Banbury area. We are looking for Pickers & Packers to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for picking & packing stock accurately; you will need to then put the goods onto a pallet.
The Role:
- You will be picking and packing raw and frozen boxed meat using a manual pick sheet, working in chilled & blast freezer temperatures. The blast freezer temperatures will be between -18 & -25 degrees, you will not be in there longer than 10 minutes. Regular breaks are given due to the temperatures in the working environment.
You will need:
- Previous picking & packing experience.
- Able to pick and pack at speed and accurately.
- Must be physically fit as heavy lifting will be required.
- Must have a good level of English both written and oral.
- Must be able to work in chilled and blast freezer temperatures.
- Must have safety boots and hi-vis.
Various Shifts:
- 40 hours per week Monday - Thursday with an occasional need to work Sunday
- Mid shift- 14:00pm - 00:30am
- Night Shift- 17:00pm - 03:30am/Sunday - 10:00am - 15:30pm
Rate: £12.71 per hour
