Insight Employment are currently seeking Picker/Packer Operatives for a client of ours in Northampton for immediate starts. Due to the location, you must have your own transport or push bike to get to work. They are located just off the A5 from Towcester to Northampton.

The Client: Our client is a fulfilment distribution centre, which provides exceptional end-to-end service to meet the customers' needs and works with several diverse clients.

The Role: As a Picker/Packer Operative, you will be working in a dusty environment picking a variety of online orders using a PDA machine.

Ideal candidate:

  • Previously warehouse experience picking & packing.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to targets and meet deadlines.
  • Must be physically fit.
  • Must have own transport due to the location.
  • Must have own safety boots and hi-vis vest.

Shift: Sunday - Thursday 08:00 am - 18:00 pm

Rate: £12.50 per hour
