Insight Employment are seeking a Customer Service Ecommerce Operative to work for a client of ours in Northwest Milton Keynes.
The Role:
- You will be working in the heart of a fantastic non-profit company.
- Your main purpose as a Customer Service Operative is to manage questions and queries regarding products on the client’s website and Ebay and other E-Commerce platforms that are being sold on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking photos of the products
- Working on a timeline
- Attention to detail
- Data entry
- Good level of IT skills and prior knowledge of selling
- You will be able to understand health and safety procedures and be able to work in a safe manner to ensure your own safety and safety of others
- Ability to perform other duties as required within the department or warehouse
Requirements:
