At Insight Education we’re excited to partner with a lovely nursery to find a passionate Nursery Chef to help support the health and happiness of their children.
Key Responsibilities of Nursery Chef:
- Prepare and serve balanced, wholesome meals and snacks tailored to children's nutritional needs.
- Create menus that comply with dietary guidelines and accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen stock and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with nursery staff to ensure meals align with daily schedules and activities.
Requirements:
- Food and Hygiene Safety Certification Level 2 or above essential.
- Previous experience cooking in a domestic or commercial business.
- DBS or willingness to undergo one.
- Passionate about cooking!
