This role sits at the centre of an expanding LNG trading platform. This is front-line Commercial LNG Operations with direct Trader interaction.
You will own end-to-end LNG cargo execution and influence deal value through operational judgement.
What you will do:
- Operate LNG sales and purchase contracts end to end
- Manage voyage planning, SSCS, vessel, port, berth and terminal clearances
- Issue cargo and shipping documentation across the contractual chain
- Calculate, negotiate and pursue demurrage and shipping claims
- Ensure invoices, payments and reconciliations are accurate and timely
- Work daily with traders to support execution and new trading strategies
- Review contracts pre- and post-deal to maximise commercial value
- Appoint and manage independent surveyors for load and discharge
- Monitor HSSE compliance and resolve out-of-compliance conditions
- Provide market intelligence and operational insight to traders
- Support contract reviews and deal negotiations
- Coach and support junior team members
