Our Precious Metals Department in London is expanding, and we're looking for a talented Precious Metals Marketer to help drive growth and innovation in EMEA and beyond.
The Opportunity
You’ll own customer relationships in a dynamic precious metals market, managing a portfolio of key accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunities. Working within a tight-knit team of specialists, you’ll contribute directly to divisional P&L while building lasting partnerships with trading counterparties and investors.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base in precious metals (gold, silver, and PGMs)
- Identify new business opportunities aligned with departmental strategy across EMEA and other regions
- Manage assigned customer accounts with autonomy and commercial judgment
- Provide trading support and back-up coverage when needed
- Contribute to market intelligence and strategic initiatives
Who We’re Looking For
- Deep knowledge of precious metals markets—leasing, swaps, physical business, and the full range of PGMs (platinum, palladium, rhodium, iridium, ruthenium, osmium)
- Proven track record in deal‑making and business development
- Strong relationship‑building and commercial acumen
- Comfortable with occasional trading floor support
- Initiative‑taker with sound judgment on commercial decisions
