Platform Engineer (IBM Business Automation) in Hampshire, Portsmouth

We’re hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to join our expert team delivering cutting-edge solutions on the IBM Business Automation platform.

As an IBM Business Partner, we work with some of the most forward-thinking organisations, helping them transform operations with world-class automation technology. You’ll play a key role in designing, delivering, upgrading, and supporting these solutions – from large-scale implementations to mission-critical platform upgrades.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Cloud Pak for Business Automation implementations and upgrades.
• Support and enhance existing customer platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through technical decisions.
• Work with a talented team of consultants, architects, and project managers.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience designing, deploying and configuring implementations of the IBM Business Automation platform (e.g. CP4BA, Business Automation Workflow, FileNet, Datacap, ODM).
• Strong hands-on skills with installation, configuration, integration, and customisation.
• Knowledge of OpenShift or other Kubernetes platforms.
• Solid scripting skills i.e. BASH, Powershell, Python, SQL.
• Working knowledge of databases.
• Strong client-facing and problem-solving abilities.
• Based in the UK, Ireland, or India with the right to work.
