Travel Operations Assistant – Temp
The role:
Are you passionate about travel and detail-oriented? Join our team as a Travel Operations Assistant and play a vital role in creating unforgettable journeys for our clients. You’ll support our Travel Consultants and Specialists by ensuring all travel resources—like tickets, documents, and vouchers—are delivered with precision and care. From securing services with suppliers to packaging client travel packs, your work will help set the stage for extraordinary experiences.
Please note: This role is for temporary work between 1st August 2025- 31st October 2025
Key responsibilities:
- Confirm bookings for accommodation, activities, transport, and other services.
- Ensure all client details are correctly entered in the booking system.
- Print, pack, and send client travel documents, including tickets, guides, and itineraries.
- Process brochure requests and client feedback.
- Provide administrative support to sales and operations teams.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm bookings and manage queries.
- Maintain the quality and professionalism of all travel packs and correspondence.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in administrative roles, ideally in order processing or fulfilment.
- Possesses a systematic, detail-focused approach to tasks.
- Balances productivity with accuracy, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Communicates effectively via email, phone, and in-person.
- Is proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
