Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Milling Machining bias), you'll need to possess excellent experience in CNC manufacturing Milling practices and processes including programming using Siemens NX CAD/CAM knowledge.
Experience with 5 axis machining centers DMG Mori Seiki, Okuma and Mazak I200 would be highly desirable, along with experience of machining complex alloys such as titanium, inconel, aluminium grades.
DUTIES:- Authorising and approving manufacturing processes and process specifications.
- Create and optimise Online and Offline 5 Axis milling programming for CNC Activities.
- Perform problem solving and root cause corrective actions (RCCA).
- Provide technical, machining task planning and authorisation.
- Advise and support daily shop-floor management meetings.
- Develop the ME function, identifying new technology to enhance productivity & quality.
- Manufacturing / Engineering Apprenticeship or above.
- Previous Hands-on Machining experience.
- Experience with multi axis milling machines.
- Confident with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Strong working knowledge of Fanuc control systems and Advanced capability in Siemens NX CAD/CAM programming (online and offline).
