Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Milling Machining bias), you'll need to possess excellent experience in CNC manufacturing Milling practices and processes including programming using Siemens NX CAD/CAM knowledge. Experience with 5 axis machining centers DMG Mori Seiki, Okuma and Mazak I200 would be highly desirable, along with experience of machining complex alloys such as titanium, inconel, aluminium grades.

DUTIES:

  • Authorising and approving manufacturing processes and process specifications
  • Create and optimise Online and Offline 5 Axis milling programming for CNC Activities
  • Perform problem solving and root cause corrective actions (RCCA)
  • Provide technical, machining task planning and authorisation
  • Advise and support daily shop-floor management meetings
  • Develop the ME function, identifying new technology to enhance productivity
