We are seeking to hire a Partnership Director. The role is based in our London Office.
Responsibilities
Acquire, develop and grow Insider Partner Network with world-class digital agencies and consultancies.
Manage the day-to-day relationship between Insider and strategic alliance partners; drive alliance partner sales and build the partners\' digital optimization practice.
Work with Insider global offices to improve partnership practices, grow partner portfolios, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage the partnership.
Manage your pipeline and generate leads for Insider global offices and the Partner Network.
Support Partnership Manager for partner onboarding and keep partners updated on global partnership processes.
Develop success plans to ensure agency-wide adoption and expansion of Insider to partner end clients.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to grow channels for Insider.
Negotiate partnership terms and present the Insider Partner Programme.
Become an expert on the Insider platform, optimization best practices, related marketing technologies, roadmap and company vision.
Set weekly/monthly meetings with all global offices to gather updates, address needs, and encourage deployment of the Insider Partner Programme.
Qualifications
Solid experience with partner/agency development and management.
Previous leadership experience with digital agencies, consultancies and system integrators.
High level of business acumen; fluent in SaaS business models.
Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with partners and customers.
Ability to set clear targets and develop plans to achieve them; ability to influence product and engineering teams based on partner insights.
Exceptional organizational, presentation and communication skills both verbal and written.
Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently; able to work cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and partner success teams.
