Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding in Martech domain to qualify prospect's goals and requirements and effectively articulate Insider One's value offering.
  • Engage with prospects as a solution consultant and trusted advisor during the pre‑sales process.
  • Contribute to the sales strategy by connecting prospect's requirements and desires with Insider One platform and products.
  • Craft personalised demos and presentations, and pitch them to business and technical audience.
  • Take the lead of internal coordination for responding to the technical parts of RFIs / RFPs.
  • Maintain awareness of product roadmap and new features, and share market insights with the Product Management Team.
  • Take responsibility for handing new clients over to the Insider One Customer Success Team for a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Help the sales team create personalised decks and use cases when required.
  • Participate in a diverse, global team and engage in internal trainings covering AI fundamentals, coding, foreign languages, and a wide range of personal development skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role (Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant / Solutions Engineer) or other roles that require a strong mix of technical & client‑facing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on capturing requirements and use cases, developing a solution and articulating business value.
  • Successful track record for Saa S application selling into complex enterprise environments.
  • Technical understanding of SAAS solutions, architecture and modern business applications including development frameworks (Web & App) and integrations (APIs).
  • Ability to coordinate various parties with different backgrounds to solve business and technical problems.
  • Self‑starter, good at multitasking, and committed to upholding the highest level of standards in the team's execution of the sales process.
