We are looking for a selfāstarter with a passion for B2B marketing to build and grow the market presence of a unicorn SaaS company in the largest market in the world. The role is based in London, England, United Kingdom.
What is this role about?
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing strategy and execution for the UK, Benelux & Nordics, working closely with the global marketing team, local marketing specialists and sales to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads and support conversion.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the marketing strategy and execution for UK, Benelux & Nordics.
- Manage all local marketing activities: demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content and PR.
- Own the event marketing program calendars, organising both Insider and industry events, handling speaker recruitment and logistics.
- Create locally relevant assets to support sales and campaigns ā case studies, whitepapers, guides.
- Work closely with sales to measure program performance and lead quality.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- +5 years of previous experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a SaaS business.
- Solid leadership skills with experience in building and managing teams.
- Good knowledge of digital space.
- Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce).
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to create and pitch compelling marketing materials.
- Strong creative problemāsolving skills.
- Extraordinary attention to detail.
- Excellent event planning and execution skills.
- The ability to maintain a positive attitude.
