We are seeking to hire a Partnership Director. The person who takes this position will be based in our London Office. The Partnership Director acquires, develops and grows Insider One Partner Network with worldâclass digital agencies and consultancies. This role will manage the dayâtoâday relationship between Insider One and its strategic alliance partners and will focus on driving alliance partner sales and building the alliance partners' digital optimization practice. Successful candidates have a strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, digital advertising technology, digital agencies and consultancies, and channel ecosystems, and are passionate about helping partners achieve success.
What You Will Need
- Solid experience with partner/agency development and management
- Previous leadership experience working with digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators
- High level of business acumen
- Fluent in SaaS business models
- Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with partners and customers
- Ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets
- Ability to influence product and engineering teams based on partner insights
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be motivated, goalâoriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to succeed working crossâfunctionally with direct sales, marketing, and the partner success team
What You Will Do
- Work with Insider One global offices to continually improve their partnership practice, grow their portfolio of partners, create goâtoâmarket plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow the partnership.
- Manage your pipeline and generate leads for Insider One global offices and for the Insider One Partner Network.
- Support the Partnership Manager in the partner onboarding process and update them about the partnership processes of global offices.
- Develop success plans to ensure agencyâwide adoption and expansion of Insider One to the partners' end clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to grow channels for Insider One: Sales, Marketing, and the Partner Success Team.
- Negotiate partnership terms and present the Insider One Partner Programme.
- Become an expert on the Insider One platform, optimization best practices, complementary marketing technologies, product roadmap, and company vision.
- Set weekly/monthly meetings with all global offices, get updates, satisfy needs, manage and encourage them for deployment of the Insider One Partner Programme.
