- Ensure prospects and clients gain maximum value from our offering, including free trials and proof-of-concept engagements where appropriate.
- Act as a market expert, providing feedback to the team on industry trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to expand our offering.
- Identify emerging markets and shifts, staying fully aware of competitive activity and new technologies.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to capture key market segments.
- Present accurate sales, revenue, and forecast reports to the management team.

- 4+ years’ experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably within SaaS.
- Solid understanding of market research, sales methodologies, and negotiation principles.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, a confident phone manner, and strong listening ability.
- Technically savvy — naturally curious about technology and driven to find solutions.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Excellent organisational, project management, and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in the retail, finance, automotive, telecoms, or travel sectors is a strong plus.
