What you will do

  • You will join us as an Account Executive, becoming a foundational member of our UK team.
  • In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for our pioneering B2B SaaS technology, leveraging a hunter mentality to source new clients and close deals through proactive outbound efforts.
  • Your mission is to help hotel brands across the UK increase their direct bookings by demonstrating the power and value of our platform.

Where you will have impact

  • Proactively source and develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, cold calling, and industry networking.
  • Lead compelling product demonstrations and consultative sales processes, presenting professional proposals to prospective clients.
  • Manage contract negotiations that balance client value with Lighthouse's commercial goals and identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Skillfully handle objections and navigate complex decision‑making processes within a competitive market to close new business.
  • Represent Lighthouse at industry conferences and regional events to build our brand presence and generate leads.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing crucial market feedback to our product teams to guide our platform's evolution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in our CRM, using data‑driven insights to ensure pipeline quality and sales efficiency.
  • Leverage AI‑driven insights and automation to optimize your sales process, improve forecast accuracy, and elevate pipeline quality.

  • Proven experience in a full sales cycle, new business development role with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Demonstrated sales experience within the hospitality industry and/or a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a numbers‑driven environment.
  • A resilient, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented mindset with a high degree of accountability and positivity.
  • Exceptional communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
  • You have a growth mindset and curiosity around AI, with an eagerness to use new tools to improve efficiency.
