We help experienced marketers build and run lead generation platform businesses. We’re looking for someone who can work closely with our members, help them implement our framework, and get to profitable results.
About insider.group: We sell training and frameworks that show marketers how to build and scale lead generation platforms. Our members are already strong marketers who want to turn that skillset into their own business.
Role overview: You’ll work directly with members to implement our system end to end: onboarding, strategy, technical setup, and ongoing optimisation.
What you’ll do:
- Onboard new members through calls, walk them through the framework, and make sure they can start executing quickly.
- Answer questions in our Slack community on setup, client acquisition, campaigns, and operations.
- Run weekly group calls and occasional 1:1 sessions to work through specific bottlenecks.
- Get hands-on with funnels, tracking, campaigns, and systems when needed — not just talk about them.
- Keep members moving towards launching and growing profitable lead gen platforms.
You’re a good fit if:
- You have solid, practical experience with lead generation: funnels, ads, tracking, and optimisation.
- You’ve run or helped run a lead generation service or lead-selling business.
- You can explain complex marketing topics clearly to other professionals.
- You’re proactive, direct, and focused on solving problems, not just commenting on them.
- You’re comfortable jumping into tools and doing the implementation work when needed.
This role is not for you if:
- You only want to “advise” and avoid hands-on implementation.
- You’re looking for generic customer support work.
- You don’t have real-world lead generation experience.
