The mission for our Elite Closer: To drive $1.8M new business revenue annually by closing inbound generated calls. Outcomes/KPIs $150,000 in NEW business revenue monthly. 24 units of our front-end product offer at a $9.8k price point Take 4-8 inbound calls per day, 5 days per week. Approx 25-30 per week. Have 30 available 45-minute calendar slots available per week Generate up to 10 calls per month through organic and outbound methods 25% minimum “live call” closing ratio Daily execution of team & administrative tasks. Morning Huddles, Mon-Fri End of Day report Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM Compensation Front-End Units – 10%-17.5% commission Base TBD Paid upon CASH collected Right now $9,800 per unit Bonuses: $500 per $50k generated given you hit a 40% upfront cash collected Training & Development Weekly 1:1 calls with a sales coach Weekly group coaching calls with a sales coach Training Library Earnings Example: 5 Calls per day / 25 wk / 100 month 80% Show Rate = 80 live calls/month @ 30% close ratio = 24 closes @ 9800 = 980 commission per unit = 23k/m in just commissions (+ bonuses and optional base) Time This is a full-time , 30-40 hours/wk position You will have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough calendar space to hit 24+ units sold per month Be available to communicate through Slack 8 am-6 pm daily This position is remote, so you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere
