You will manage day-to-day product operations, helping create and maintain travel experiences that are marketable, profitable and aligned with Inside Travel Group’s values. Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and suppliers to ensure we deliver high-quality trips and bring great product to market.
- Support new product development through research, costing, feasibility checks and pricing setup.
- Assist with launching new itineraries and preparing internal sales tools.
- Maintain insight backlogs based on sales feedback, reviews and market data.
- Support brochure planning and production.
- Track commercial performance and sustainability metrics.
- Conduct competitor reviews and pricing spot-checks.
- Support supplier contracting, due diligence and quality reviews.
- Maintain accurate product data, rate updates and feasibility checks.
- Produce internal sales enablement tools such as cheat sheets and battlecards.
- Coordinate FAM trips and support Marketing & PR with media itineraries.
- Triage product feedback and track resolution via Jira.
What We Are Looking For
- In-depth knowledge and travel experience within South Asia destinations.
- Experience in sales or product roles within the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of commercially viable and exciting product.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and respect for process.
- Confident writing skills aligned with brand guidelines.
