Join one of the UK's most dynamic and fast-growing specialist travel companies and play a pivotal role in driving our global marketing strategy, brand growth and customer engagement across the UK, USA and Australia.

As Global Marketing Director, you will lead our global marketing function across digital experience, growth marketing, content, PR, partnerships and trade marketing. You will translate our ambitious growth plans into clear, actionable marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, drive high-quality leads and deliver measurable commercial impact.

Working closely with regional Managing Directors and senior leaders across Sales, Product and Operations, you will balance global consistency with local relevance — ensuring our marketing resonates with customers in every market while staying true to our brand.

As a certified B Corp, we operate with the triple bottom-line in mind: People, Planet and Profit. We believe travel can be a force for good, and our marketing should reflect that.

Key responsibilities:
  • Define and deliver a clear global marketing strategy aligned to business growth goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability and commercial focus.
  • Drive brand positioning, storytelling and content strategy to inspire and convert customers across markets.
  • Oversee the digital customer journey, ensuring our platforms deliver a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Lead customer acquisition, retention and CRM strategies to grow lifetime value and repeat travel.
  • Work closely with regional teams to align global campaigns with local market insight and priorities.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making through robust analytics, reporting and performance tracking.
  • Own the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient investment and measurable return.
  • Guide PR strategy and reputation management in collaboration with the PR Manager.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Operations to ensure marketing is fully integrated with the wider customer experience.
What we are looking for from you:
  • Extensive marketing leadership experience, ideally within luxury travel, hospitality or premium consumer brands.
  • Proven experience leading global or multi-regional marketing teams.
  • Strong expertise across digital, brand, growth and content marketing.
  • Commercially minded, with a track record of driving measurable growth.
  • Confident working with data, insight and performance metrics to guide decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You don’t need to meet every requirement. If you’re motivated, passionate, and think you’d be a great fit, we would love to hear from you. As an equal opportunities employer, we’re committed to making our recruitment process inclusive, accessible, and welcoming for everyone. If you require any adjustments or accommodations to support you during the recruitment process, please let us know.

What you get in return:
  • Annual discretionary performance (company related) bonus
  • 25 days annual leave, rising by one day each year to a maximum of 28 days.
  • Day off on your birthday
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Employer pension contribution
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Volunteering leave
  • Designated learning and development time
