We’re in the midst of a bold and exciting rebrand, working with one of the UK’s leading creative agencies to evolve how we present ourselves to the world. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of that transformation. As our Graphic Designer, you won’t just be applying a brand – you’ll be shaping how it comes to life across every visual touchpoint. From digital campaigns to printed brochures, event materials to social media content, your work will ensure our new brand is delivered with consistency, creativity, and impact. You’ll play a key role in rolling out and embedding our refreshed visual identity across the business – and as a result, your influence will be seen and felt by customers and colleagues alike.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Digital Designer and Content team to ensure that every visual experience – whether a campaign showstopper or an everyday email – is beautifully designed and brilliantly on-brand. You’ll also empower others in the business to create great content through tools, templates, and brand guidance, and manage our growing library of curated media assets. This is more than a design role – it’s a rare chance to shape the next chapter of a travel brand with a strong story to tell. If that excites you, we’d love to hear from you. Please remember to include your design portfolio with your application.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create brand assets and campaign visuals across physical and digital formats, ensuring consistency and appeal for all touchpoints, including posters, brochures, banners, email implementations, motion graphics, campaign identities and social media posts.
  • Maintain and develop brand and design guidelines to establish clear standards for style, quality, and tone across all visual materials.
  • Design for a range of formats and channels, from print to digital, to ensure cohesive messaging and strong visual impact.
  • Play a key role in managing our Digital Asset Management system, editing and curating collections of imagery and video (collated from colleagues, content creators, and professionals) that are on brand and represent our visual style.
  • Use market trends, design research, and creative concepts to evolve our brand while staying true to our values and identity.
  • Provide feedback to ensure brand assets meet quality standards, user expectations, and design objectives.
  • Work as a key part of the Content team, collaborating with copywriters and content executives to bring our campaigns and content to life, as well as providing input on cross-departmental design projects and initiatives.

What we are looking for from you:

  • A passion for travel (ideally with time spent in some of our destinations).
  • A degree, diploma, or extensive experience in graphic design, digital design, web design, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand and visual design work, including digital and physical outputs.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and others as needed.
  • Demonstrated experience creating cohesive brand assets for various formats and platforms, with an eye for detail, quality, and visual impact.
  • Collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
  • A passion for brand storytelling and an innovative approach to design challenges.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills in a multi-project environment.

We recognize that job adverts are often a wish list, and no candidate can have equal experience in every required/desired skills, however if you think you would be a good fit for Inside Travel Group and this role, we would welcome an application from you!

  • 25 days annual leave, rising by one day each year to a maximum of 28 days.
  • Day off on your birthday.
  • Enhanced parental leave.
  • Employer pension contribution.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Volunteering leave.
  • Designated learning and development time.
