Inside Track is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead to build the external relationships that help insider insight create change across Big Tech and the wider technology ecosystem.
About Inside Track
Inside Track is a UK non-profit building confidential movements of senior professionals inside powerful industries. It creates protected spaces where people can share insights about the cultures, structures, norms and incentives holding their industries back, helps turn that insight into action for social and environmental change, and identifies where action could make a meaningful difference.
The Strategic Partnerships Lead will connect that insight with the people and institutions able to use it.
You will build and maintain long-term relationships with NGOs, academics, investors, strategic litigators, journalists, policymakers and others working to shape the future of technology. You will understand what insight would be useful to them, identify opportunities for collaboration and help translate what insiders are seeing into intelligence and carefully judged action.
You will also coordinate external partners around key moments when insight is released, while stewarding relationships between activations so Inside Track continues to understand what external stakeholders need.
This is a publicly facing, entrepreneurial role. It is not a conventional corporate partnerships position, and it is not for someone whose connection to technology is limited to general enthusiasm or experience at a generic software company.
It could suit someone who has worked inside a major technology company, particularly in a role spanning DEI, sustainability, public policy or industry-wide initiatives, or a consultant, lawyer, investor, policy professional or civil-society practitioner who has built significant relationships with the corporate sector.

Key Details
Salary: £38,000 to £50,000 FTE, depending on relevant experience and pro-rated for part-time working
Indicative salary points: £38,000 for up to three years of relevant experience; £42,000 from four; and £50,000 from six
Working pattern: 3 to 5 days per week
Location: UK-based, with remote working and some London / in-person meetings
