Inside Success Union CIC is a youth-focused social enterprise that provides employment, training, and personal development opportunities for young people across London. Through our magazine sales programme, we help young people develop confidence, communication, sales, leadership, and employability skills while earning an income.
We are looking for motivated, energetic, and target-driven Sales Team Leaders to manage and support our field sales teams across London.
The Role
As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to three sales representatives operating in various locations across London. Your role will be to motivate your team, ensure high performance, and help achieve daily and weekly sales targets. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous sales, fundraising, retail, promotions, street sales, customer service, or team leadership experience who enjoys working outdoors and managing people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of up to 3 sales representatives.
- Allocate sales locations and manage daily team deployment.
- Motivate and coach team members to maximise performance.
- Monitor sales activity and ensure targets are achieved.
- Deliver team briefings and end-of-day debriefs.
- Provide on-the-job training and support to new team members.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer engagement.
- Track sales performance and report results to management.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
