As an Event Manager, you will play a crucial role in bringing our mission to life by conceptualizing, planning, and executing engaging events that empower and inspire our target demographic.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a variety of events, including workshops, seminars, career fairs, and community engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and maximize attendance.
- Oversee on-site event management, ensuring a positive experience for all participants and stakeholders.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and analyze data to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
