We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as Project Manager. Candidates must have excellent numeracy skills, good communication and a positive attitude. Past industry experience in a similar role/industry is essential.
OUR COMPANY
Inside Out Contracts Ltd are recognised as one of the UK’s market leaders for commercial furniture, with a young friendly team based at our head office.
- Identifying new business opportunities among new and existing clients;
- Working closely with clients to resolve any pre- or post-delivery issues;
- Being the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams (production, design and marketing);
- Responding promptly to all new enquiries;
- Actioning new enquiries that are passed on via our “enquiry pool”;
- Accurately calculating costs, generating quotes and negotiating on price when required;
- Liaising with clients and suppliers before, during and after the sales process is completed;
- Maintaining and updating relevant information in our CRM system;
- Creating and pitching presentations to current and potential new clients;
- Attending networking and industry events such as trade shows;
- Undertaking new business research;
- Attending trade events and in-house lunches.
