We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as Project Manager. Candidates must have excellent numeracy skills, good communication and a positive attitude. Past industry experience in a similar role/industry is essential.

Inside Out Contracts Ltd are recognised as one of the UK’s market leaders for commercial furniture, with a young friendly team based at our head office & showroom in Greenwich, London SE10. We specialise in supplying contemporary furniture globally to the leisure market and work with some of the world's biggest brands in particular restaurants, hotels, airports, cruise liners & nightclubs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment directly with our MD and be part of the growing team at Inside Out Contracts, one of the best commercial furniture suppliers in the UK. Candidates must be well presented, have a good attitude, excellent numeracy skills, polite phone manner, IT skills, careful attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Although this position is office based, it is encouraged that you meet with clients at least 2 days a week on site, at their premises or inviting clients into the showroom.

Job General Duties:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients;
  • Identifying new business opportunities among new and existing clients;
  • Working closely with clients to resolve any pre- or post-delivery issues;
  • Being the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams (production, design and marketing);
  • Responding promptly to all new enquiries;
  • Actioning new enquiries that are passed on via our “enquiry pool”;
  • Accurately calculating costs, generating quotes and negotiating on price when required;
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers before, during and after sales process is completed;
  • Maintaining and updating relevant information in our CRM system;
  • Creating and pitching presentations to current and potential new clients;
  • Attending networking and industry events such as trade shows;
  • Undertaking new business research;
  • Attending trade events and in-house Lunch & Learns to consistently build product knowledge.

Skills/Experience required:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent numeracy skills;
  • Good communication skills – spoken & written;
  • IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office Suite – Word, Excel & Outlook;
  • Previous admin work experience is essential – ideally for a commercial company;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks and work under pressure;
  • Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
  • Initiative and the ability to ‘make things happen’;
  • Punctual, reliable and adaptable.

Start Date: June/July 2025
