We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as Project Manager. Candidates must have excellent numeracy skills, good communication, and a positive attitude. Past industry experience in a similar role/industry is essential.

We specialize in supplying contemporary furniture globally to the leisure market and work with some of the world's biggest brands, including restaurants, hotels, airports, cruise liners, & nightclubs. Inside Out has ambitious international growth plans, including our newly opened New York office and a European office in Berlin.

Based in London, we seek a highly organised, numerate, and ambitious individual to work as Project Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with our MD and be part of the growing Inside Out Contracts team, one of the UK’s leading commercial furniture suppliers. Candidates should be well presented, have a good attitude, excellent numeracy skills, polite phone manner, IT skills, careful attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.

While primarily office-based, it is encouraged to meet clients at least 2 days a week onsite, at their premises, or in the showroom. You will have access to our database of over 17,000 clients, including live projects ready for progression and sales conversion.

Job Duties

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Identifying new business opportunities among existing and new clients
  • Resolving pre- and post-delivery issues with clients
  • Serving as the main contact between clients and internal teams (production, design, marketing)
  • Responding promptly to new inquiries
  • Handling new inquiries via our “enquiry pool”
  • Calculating costs, generating quotes, and negotiating prices
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers throughout the sales process
  • Maintaining and updating our CRM system
  • Creating and delivering presentations to clients
  • Attending industry events and trade shows
  • Conducting market research
  • Participating in internal Lunch & Learn sessions to enhance product knowledge

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in a commercial environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Initiative and proactive attitude
  • Punctuality, reliability, and adaptability

Start Date: June/July 2025
