Our vision is ‘Tennis Opened Up’, and our mission is to transform communities through tennis and padel by making the sports welcoming, enjoyable and inspiring to everyone.

This role will sit within the Marketing & Customer Strategy team, to lead the creative direction and delivery of engaging video and social content that showcases padel and inspires a diverse, next-generation audience. You’ll play a central role in shaping an inclusive and vibrant community, capturing live moments at events, managing social channels, and collaborating with players, partners and internal teams to tell authentic, compelling stories. Combining creativity with insight, you’ll use performance data to continually refine content, support wider organisational priorities, and help grow the sport through innovative, audience-first storytelling and meaningful partnerships.

We’re running this as a single, coordinated campaign with all adverts closing on Sunday 7th June at 11:59pm. Due to the grass court season and teams focusing on deliverables at our tournaments, interview dates and times will be communicated to those shortlisted, however each role will be expected to have a two-stage process.

A word from our Head of padel – Tom Murray: “Padel is the fastest-growing sport in Britain, and that momentum is creating new and exciting opportunities at the LTA, the game’s National Governing Body. We’re delighted to be introducing four new padel roles that will play a key part in shaping the future of the sport. From elevating padel’s profile and visibility through innovative content and social media, to growing and strengthening the competitive structure and padel performance player pathway, to building a sustainable workforce to support the grassroots of the sport. For anyone passionate about padel, and keen to help drive its continued growth, this is a fantastic time to join the LTA.”

Our Support to You: When applying for our roles, you will be asked as part of our application process if you require any adjustments or support during the recruitment process. Adjustments could include extra time for assessments, interview questions in advance, alternative formats for materials or wheelchair access. Any information you provide will be treated in confidence and only used to make sure you have the best possible experience with us.

If you have any specific questions regarding your application or if anything’s unclear at all, please contact our recruitment team by emailing.

Life at the LTA: The LTA, through its vision ‘Tennis Opened Up’, is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all colleagues feel included and a strong sense of belonging.
