The Role
You’ll sit at the intersection of data and creativity - turning performance insights into scroll-stopping ad concepts across Meta, TikTok, and beyond. You’ll brief and collaborate with creators, designers, and editors, then read the results and feed them back into the next round of ideas. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the loop of concept - test - learn - scale.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and own the creative strategy for our paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more).
- Translate performance data, audience insights, and trends into testable creative concepts and hooks.
- Write briefs for UGC creators, designers, and video editors, and direct production from idea to final cut.
- Build and manage a testing roadmap - defining what to test, why, and what success looks like.
- Analyse creative performance and turn learnings into a repeatable framework for what works.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and competitor creative.
- Partner closely with the growth/media buying team to align creative with channel performance.
What You’ll Bring
- 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or social-first content.
- Proven experience producing performance ad creative for brands - this is essential.
- A strong grasp of what makes paid social creative convert, not just look good.
- Comfort reading and acting on performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, thumb-stop rate).
- Excellent briefing and storytelling skills - you can articulate an idea and sell it.
- A test-and-learn mindset and the ability to move fast.
Nice to Have
- Agency experience is strongly preferred - ideally a creative, performance, or social agency working across multiple brands.
- Experience in DTC, beauty, wellness, or consumer products.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and creative editing software.
- An eye for trends and a finger on the pulse of social culture.
Company Benefits
- A vibrant and supportive team environment.
- Generous product allowance.
- The opportunity to shape the future of a high-growth beauty brand.
- A hybrid working arrangement - we expect you to be in our London Shoreditch office 2-3 days per week.
- Private Health Insurance.
- Work from anywhere policy, up to one month per year.
