DFS Group is seeking a Senior Creative Operations Manager to transform and govern creative workflows, optimise processes, and embed AI-driven solutions across the in-house Creative function.

You will lead end-to-end operations, from planning to delivery, and work with external partners to scale output while maintaining high quality.

You will own workflow design, governance, and DAM stewardship, driving data‑driven decisions and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail/brand environment.
