A Luxury Brand Ambassador for Maison Francis Kurkdjian is passionate about fragrance with love for the products, respect for creativity, authenticity & a focus on detail & quality. You are responsible for driving sales by achieving targets while promoting the brand and providing luxury. You will demonstrate an attitude that benefits Maison Francis Kurkdjian always.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- SALES: Be an expert on fragrance, able to evoke responses to inspire & gain new clients.
- Provide advice & guidance for other Luxury Brand Ambassadors.
- Pro-actively sell products & provide luxury service.
- Be aware & achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Be aware of KPI’s.
- SERVICE: Be knowledgeable on Maison Francis Kurkdjian products & be able to propose products to clients.
- Demonstrate products on clients & confidently explain the benefits of each product.
- Initiate contact with customers & welcome them on counter.
- Identify, understand & reformulate client needs.
- Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty.
- Educate clients on Maison Francis Kurkdjian.
- KPI: To receive any positive feedback and it to reflect in your KPI’s.
- GENERAL: Participate in merchandise management.
- Monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Account Manager.
- Conduct all operational & administrative tasks.
- Be accountable in your role & represent the brand.
- Adhere to Company policies.
- Build relationships with store management & adhere to all store policies & procedures.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.
