As we continue to accelerate our digital growth across the UK, we’re looking for a passionate, data‑driven Paid Search & Display Executive to help power our performance across paid channels. Sitting within our Performance Marketing team and reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, this role is all about blending creativity with commercial thinking. You’ll own day‑to‑day campaign performance across paid search and paid display, using insight, testing and optimisation to drive meaningful results and elevate how customers discover, engage with and shop SEPHORA online. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a fast‑growing business, managing high‑impact campaigns for one of the world’s most iconic beauty retailers.
What you’ll be doing…

- Partner with the Performance Marketing Manager to manage budgets, sharing recommendations on where investment will deliver the greatest impact across platforms and campaigns.
- Deliver clear, insightful weekly and monthly performance reporting, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Trade, Category, CRM and Brand teams to ensure campaigns are perfectly aligned to wider commercial and brand priorities.
- Continuously test and learn through A/B testing of ad creative, targeting and landing pages to improve performance and conversion.
- Develop and refine keyword strategies, audience targeting, ad copy and bidding approaches to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Share performance updates and testing outcomes with key stakeholders, using data to guide optimisation decisions.
- Work with platform partners to unlock new opportunities, including betas, innovations and testing roadmaps.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments, bringing fresh ideas and best practices back to the wider team.
What you’ll bring…
We’re looking for a curious, analytical and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams. You’re confident communicating ideas and insights, proactive in how you approach challenges, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities to deliver impact. With a natural curiosity for performance and a data‑driven mindset, you enjoy understanding what drives results and using insight to continuously improve. You will also have:
- Previous experience in a hands‑on performance marketing role, either in‑house or agency‑side, with exposure to paid search and paid display.
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and SA360, with experience across display platforms including Criteo and RTB House.
- Confidence working with data and reporting tools, including Excel.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
