As a Field Coach trainer, your mission is to support and develop retail teams in delivering an exceptional client experience that benefits the store business. You will execute local strategies in line with corporate objectives, training and coaching retail teams to embody Brand culture, values, and products. Your role involves partnering with store teams to deliver effective learning programs, enhancing client engagement, and developing team skills. You will be based in Harrods, with dedicated time also spent at New Bond Street and Selfridges London.
Job Responsibilities
As part of the Louis Vuitton UKISAF team, you will facilitate the learning strategy within your designated stores, collaborating with store management. You will develop roll-out plans to support business growth, focusing on selling skills, product training, and active coaching. Your time will be divided between coaching and in-store learning.
- Leading in-store coaching culture: Observe client interactions and coach team members through active listening and questioning to help them find their own solutions for improvement.
- Support store teams in creating individual coaching plans based on gap analysis, coaching on selling techniques, and providing ongoing feedback to management and HR.
- Use tools like Dare To Delight and Did You Enjoy to coach individuals and support store development.
- Drive key learning initiatives (e.g., AOS, RPC) through in-store coaching to foster a shop-floor focused culture.
- Collaborate with various teams (Merchandising, Client, Development, RPM, Finance, Digital, Press) to facilitate workshops and training initiatives that enhance skills, behaviors, and knowledge to improve client experience.
- Ensure store management is fully informed about learning activities and provide recommendations as needed.
- Identify and develop talent within the store and facilitate onboarding and learning sessions for new hires, coordinating with HR for planning.
- Monitor and report on the quality and impact of training initiatives, maintaining active presence on the shop floor to ensure training retention.
