Position
Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to assist with various aspects of our E-Commerce operations.
This role offers hands‑on experience in both day‑to‑day operations and strategic projects, providing a comprehensive understanding of the E-Commerce landscape.
The intern will support the team in driving business growth through research, administrative tasks, and the execution of local initiatives.
Job responsabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Execute weekly and ad hoc website updates in alignment with the E-Commerce animation plan, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- Support the E-Commerce Manager with the TOA and engraving strategy and its implementation.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure a best-in‑class customer experience.
- Perform market and benchmark analysis to provide feedback for customer experience improvements and support the development of local initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of weekly and monthly E-Commerce performance reports.
- Update and maintain global and local E-Commerce trackers.
- Support the E-Commerce Manager and Global CRM team on newsletters briefing, performance tracking, and benchmark analysis.
- Monitor the weekly consumables inventory tracker and elevate issues as necessary.
- Support ad hoc requests from the Global Client Relations team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for E-Commerce growth.
- Provide general administrative support, including raising POs and preparing presentations for key stakeholders.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ("Word", "Excel", "Power Point").
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
