Louise Vuitton is seeking Experts in Care Services for various stores in our London network who can share their passion and knowledge with our clients and team. As an expert in Care Services, you will lead the development of operational excellence in line with the Care Services standards of the Brand. You will embody advanced knowledge in Care Services and empower this knowledge through trainings and workshops.
Your role includes building and executing business strategies, supporting selling teams with best practices, and demonstrating impeccable product knowledge with a highly analytical and commercial mindset.
- Be an Exceptional Technical Expert: Lead by example, ensure quality issues and repairs are properly addressed within lead-time targets.
- Maintain an organized Care Services and Repairs area, driving best practices and developing new ideas.
- Ensure all process and customs requirements for repairs and shipments are met with 100% accuracy.
- Possess and maintain strong, in-depth technical expertise to drive Care Service performance, including qualitative in-stock inventories.
- Communicate regularly with the stock team to manage defective exchanges effectively.
- Lead the development of all team members in Care Services across the network, supporting regional locations as needed.
- Follow up with clients regarding their items or queries regularly.
- Achieve individual and team objectives, being accountable for Care Services results vs targets.
- Manage aftersales feedback, create actions based on feedback, and drive commercial performance and client development.
- Provide feedback to Head Office regarding Care Services and identify missing opportunities.
- Create and implement action plans to proactively improve Care Services performance.
- Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm as a category ambassador, handling demanding client situations effectively.
- Work closely with RPM, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to optimize regional and international Care Services communication, solutions, and opportunities.
- Support and train store teams on Care Services, including in-store repairs and bespoke coaching.
- Contribute to overall store objectives, support Client Advisors, and develop brand and product knowledge.
