About The Role

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic OLIVER team. You will be responsible for developing engaging and innovative designs across print and digital channels, working closely with the clients marketing and product teams to help visually communicate their brand message.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Create and design digital and print materials, including brochures, social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, and corporate communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce on‑brand campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Develop creative concepts and mood boards to present to key stakeholders.
  • Work with the product and development teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
  • Prepare artwork for print, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to production requirements.
  • Manage multiple design projects, prioritising to meet deadlines.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

What You Need To Be Great In This Role:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills and creative projects.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
  • Knowledge of preparing files for print production and digital publishing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
