About the Role

Working in partnership with our client, we are looking for a new team member who believes in the power of curation, cohesion, and collaboration. The ideal candidate is driven by the quality of their output, has smart ideas, good taste, and the ability to attract attention when needed. They are experienced in making, publishing, and connecting Influencers to a brand\’s needs, capable of moving fast, sometimes without structure, and skilled in amplifying the right Influencer moments.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Is obsessed with social media, likely watching TikTok in bed rather than TV
• Has an instinctive ability to recommend the right Influencer for a project
• Can negotiate effective Influencer deals
• Can manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize client needs
• Can manage third-party suppliers and partners like CreatorIQ
• Is highly organized and efficient in managing contracts and rights
• Follows industry Influencer news and trends
• Understands how AI impacts the Influencer industry and can harness it

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and maintain client relationships as a trusted Influencer partner
• Transform Influencer briefs into strategic plans, manage timelines, and ensure client satisfaction
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines, including financial oversight and account growth
• Lead and mentor team members on influencer campaigns
• Oversee macro campaigns from outreach to reporting, maintaining strong relationships with influencers and partners
• Handle escalations in influencer and agency relationships
• Ensure the work of the Influencer Manager aligns with budgets, strategy, and scope
