About The Role

Working in partnership with our client, we are looking for a Social Creative Lead with a wealth of experience and expertise in paid and organic social communications for big brands across all major social platforms. The role involves working both solo and collaboratively on projects ranging from individual social campaigns across the client’s brands to pulling together global social playbooks that inform the brand’s social presence worldwide.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Work on projects from start to finish – collaborating with the team on ideation, asset creation and implementation.
  • Work very closely with our social strategist to bring the work to life.
  • Produce creative work with a clear rationale to accompany it.
  • Be a brand guardian for the client.
  • Create digital assets: social media posts, videos, GIFs, memes, and various event and campaign collateral.
  • Pull together decks to showcase work to clients, including best‑in‑class creative references to aid the pitch.
  • Use existing assets and stock imagery to create relevant, up‑to‑date content.
  • Keep up to date with current digital and creative trends.
  • Create work to the client’s brief and exacting standards.
  • Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales.
  • Proactively monitor quality, accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new creative within guidelines, marketing and production.
  • Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the creative team.
  • Complete timesheets.

  • Strong conceptual skills and an understanding of class‑leading social campaigns and why they work.
  • Passionate about digital & social media and knowledgeable of the latest innovations across platforms.

  • Strong communication skills – able to express ideas clearly.

  • Ability to assemble a convincing, well‑crafted creative deck.
  • Proficiency in convincing and leading clients.
