What You Will Be Doing
- Working in close partnership with our client, the Senior Account Manager assists the team to create powerful and impactful digital content.
- Develop a one-to-one relationship; provide total client support, service and deliver best advice.
- Ensure all client requirements are met and all information is available.
- Work proactively, understanding the marketing strategy of the account and where we can add value and enhancements.
- Understand the full end-to-end life-cycle of a project and be involved throughout.
- Reporting to the Account Director, be part of a 15-strong Client Service team providing total client support, to deliver exceptional service, work and overall satisfaction.
What You Need To Be Great In This Role
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
- At least 4 years in an agency environment.
- Strong team player and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal/communication skills with a pro-active approach.
- Strong client facing and presentation skills, ability to inspire and lead others.
- A commitment to high-quality output and service, with an eye for detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task a must.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Able to handle challenging situations and act appropriately.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to close deals quickly.
- Team player with strong work ethic and ability to adapt to and drive change.
- Strategic thinker and able to think analytically at a detailed level.
- Ability to strongly influence those outside direct control for positive results.

Experience in:
- Multi-discipline experience across Digital, immersive communication.
