About The Role

Working in the central UK Hub team based at Rosebury Ave, the Project Manager will work across adhoc projects and support onsite teams. The Project Manager leads projects from concept to completion, providing the direction and control required, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. The Project Manager is the key communicator on status, risks, and challenges of all project deliverables, including budget and resource management.

Reporting To: Head of Project Management, working alongside a team of four other Project Managers to service Oliver / IIG clients.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Work in true collaboration and be responsible for a seamless, successful project and product outcome.
  • Manage projects from beginning to end with clear communication on milestones, targets, goals, and deadlines.
  • Work across new business pitches.
  • Develop existing client relationships as part of the business pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams and developers.
  • Plan integrated projects from initial stages through final delivery.
  • Work on Gen AI projects (Pencil, etc.).
  • Act as the lead contact for clients during projects.
  • Continuously assess working methods and processes and recommend improvements.
  • Review project resources and analyse whether they meet project demands; ensure key SLAs are met by all parties involved.
  • Oversee the project’s financial budget and communicate changes to stakeholders.

What You Need To Be Great In This Role

  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong relationships.
  • Exceptional project management skills to act as the product owner when working with clients.
  • Responsibility for initiating and executing project plans with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and closing projects on time.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective data gathering and storage processes.
  • Ability to run clear, efficient, and productive project meetings across project stages (kick-off, discovery, etc.) using a project methodology.
  • Agile Project Management experience for mapping sprints and leading scrums.
  • Strong communication skills tailored to recipients and audiences.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Understanding of all IIG group products and how to utilise this knowledge for accounts advantage.
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team while maintaining a top-tier agency service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
