We are recruiting an experienced Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our client team, working directly within their B2C Performance team to deliver multi-channel campaigns and drive performance acquisition and customer engagement.

We Are Looking Specifically For Someone With:

  • Experience with ‘in app’ banner advertising and customer journeys
  • Familiarity with Tableau or similar reporting platforms
  • Ability to analyse key performance metrics and identify optimisation and testing opportunities
  • Experience defining audiences and collaborating with targeting teams to reach relevant prospects
  • Ability to prompt AI tools to create effective short form copy

Location: Hybrid working: onsite location on fixed, anchor days of the week, and working from home for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Mission:

As an experienced and expert Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will lead and deliver multi-variant marketing communications across a variety of digital marketing channels, both paid and owned. You will analyse performance metrics, identify optimisation opportunities, define audiences, and collaborate with targeting teams. You will also prompt AI tools to create effective short form copy. You will lead the campaign delivery lifecycle – from ideation through planning, prioritisation, solution design and in-channel execution – creating campaigns that differentiate through superior targeting, communication strategy, tech innovation and creative quality.

  • You are a highly collaborative self-starter, juggling multiple projects in a busy environment and running projects efficiently from end to end.
  • You have great communication and organisational skills, work well within a team, and have client-side experience across a range of paid and owned digital performance marketing channels.
  • You have experience in Financial Services or comparable regulated industries and can manage high numbers of senior stakeholders.
  • You are confident, smart, enthusiastic, proactive, and bring strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

About The Team You Will Be Joining:

You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the UK as part of the UK Retail Banking performance marketing team, aiming to drive performance acquisition and customer engagement through best-in-class creative and contact strategies across a range of (mostly paid) digital and direct channels.

As Part Of Your Role, You’ll Be:

  • Leading campaign delivery end-to-end – managing the lifecycle from ideation to in-channel execution.
  • Creating brilliantly effective campaigns that differentiate through superior targeting, communication strategy, tech innovation and creative quality.
  • Collaborating across Marketing, partnering with the wider Marketing Centre of Excellence to ensure communications align with brand guidelines and governance.
  • Managing budgets effectively – maximizing return on investment and driving commercial performance.
  • Keeping campaigns on time and on plan – maintaining project momentum.
  • Developing clear roadmaps and testing designs – working collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Managing key relationships – building and maintaining partnerships with UK Digital, Product and Marketing teams, and external agencies.
  • Reporting on performance – analysing and presenting campaign performance and testing outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Being genuinely collaborative – helping make the Performance Marketing team a great place to work.
  • Fostering strong stakeholder relationships – keeping them informed on key milestones and outcomes.
  • Raising issues proactively and seeking solutions.
  • Championing customer-first thinking.
  • Taking ownership for risk management.
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality across all communications.

  • Essential Digital Marketing & Channel Expertise: Extensive digital marketing experience, particularly across paid media channels and broader media strategy.
  • End-to-end delivery – planning, scheduling, prioritising, targeting, channel management and governance.
  • Hands-on knowledge of in-app banner advertising and customer journeys.
  • Paid media expertise – optimising plans and selecting channels.
  • Technical tracking knowledge – pixels, tracking and tagging.
  • Experience working with media agencies.
  • Analytical & Reporting Skills: Familiarity with Tableau or similar reporting platforms.
  • Strong ability to analyse performance metrics and identify optimisation and testing opportunities.
  • Experience creating insights from campaign data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Audience Targeting & Personalisation: Proven ability to build and segment audiences for maximum effectiveness.
  • Track record of collaborating with targeting teams.
  • Knowledge of personalisation and tailoring communications to segments.
  • AI & Content Creation: Experience prompting AI tools to create effective short form copy.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Track record of planning well and delivering on objectives and deadlines.
  • Strong prioritisation skills – managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders in regulated environments.
  • Resilience and adaptability.
  • Commercial & Strategic Capability: Track record of delivering results and prioritising opportunities for commercial impact.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Understanding of commercial KPIs – solutions growth, cost per acquisition, and other key metrics.

Desirable Experience:

  • Financial Services industry experience or comparable regulated industries.
  • Experience across multiple digital channels – video, display, social, radio, press, email and DOOH.
