About the Role
We are a dynamic marketing team embedded within our client’s organization, one of the country’s leading Financial Services brands. Our passion is delivering world‑class marketing content that drives results within a fast‑paced and highly regulated space. As a Marketing Communications Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of multi‑variant marketing communications across various channels. Initially focused on copy via email and direct mail to retail customers, the role will expand into full image and copy executions as the offering grows. You will manage projects from briefing to execution, adding value at each stage, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage requests from product owners and support teams, triaging and validating the needs of briefings.
- Utilize project management tools to ensure efficient workflow and process management.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines and stakeholder plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and ideally exceeding expectations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Channel, and Compliance teams.
- Understand and interpret marketing challenges and communication objectives to help scope solutions with clients as an extension of their team.
- Interrogate each brief to ensure full understanding of the campaign objectives and required deliverables.
- Collate missing information to ensure a fully rounded understanding of the brief and challenges the output is meant to resolve.
- Support the development of briefs and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee production and delivery of marketing assets across various channels, both online and offline.
- Track and analyse campaign performance when necessary.
- Validate outputs against brief prior to delivery to client.
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and continuously improve processes and ways of working.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager within a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, ideally within Financial Services or a similarly regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, on‑ and offline campaign management.
- Excellent project management, organisational, and time‑management skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and work independently.
- Proactive, solution‑focused self‑starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
