What You Will Be Doing
- Work in true collaboration and be responsible for Brand Guardianship on projects to ensure that the client experience is as positive as possible.
- Lead a team and be the single point of contact, working independently while coordinating with regional marketing heads in the Americas and APAC.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define and execute marketing strategy across business lines.
- Champion creative excellence and strategic thinking.
- Be present in the OLIVER office in Farringdon 3x per week to foster strong relationships and ensure seamless communication.
- Take overall financial control of accounts – profitability, accurate forecasting, late payment, fee negotiation – providing regular and timely reports to the Business Director.
- Own the execution of projects, run rates and client satisfaction through catch‑ups with job owners and the weekly account/project management WIP.
- Accountable for the delivery of growth targets for the account.
- Act as the escalation point if the client or internal SLAs and processes are not adhered to, or where there are process gaps.
- Capture these issues, suggest improvements and work with the BD, Head of Operations or relevant department lead to rectify them.
- Negotiate to create win‑win compromises with clients on behalf of team members where needed.
- Identify new business opportunities through relationships, introducing Brandtech’s capabilities where appropriate.
What You Need To Be Great In This Role
- Previous experience working with a B2B client and/or a regulated industry where you understand high net‑worth decisions and finance.
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
- Excellent account leadership skills with developed financial and commercial acumen, creative judgement, strategic thinking, talent management and business growth.
- A proven track record of commercial growth across new and existing business.
- First‑rate communication skills, articulate in person and in writing, strong presentation skills and an innate rapport‑building ability.
- The ability to manage and develop junior team members.
- A clear understanding of all Brandtech group products and how to utilise this knowledge to the account’s advantage.
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client‑side team while maintaining a top‑tier agency service.
- Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to studio output.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other related software.
- Experience in social and digital‑first accounts.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with regular in‑office presence to support team cohesion and client engagement.
